Questions
Can you support a site someone else built?
Yes - that is what this service is for. We start with a check of the theme, plugins, and code, and tell you honestly about anything risky we find.
Do you work with Elementor, Divi, and other page builders?
Yes. We support sites as they are. If a builder or plugin causes real problems, we suggest a lighter option, but we never push a rebuild you do not need.
What if an update breaks something?
We test updates on a staging copy first and back up the site before every change, so any problem can be rolled back quickly.
How fast do you respond?
We reply to requests the same business day. Urgent issues - the site is down or hacked - go to the front of the line. [VERIFY]
Do you need access to my hosting?
Not for the free check. For support we need WordPress admin and hosting or SFTP access. You keep full ownership and can remove our access at any time.
Do you do SEO?
We take care of technical and on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, schema, redirects, broken links, speed, and Search Console. We do not promise rankings - nobody honestly can.
